Genshin Impact will be hosting an offline event themed "Reunion of Happiness" during the month of Ramadan. This event will be held in four cities in Indonesia: Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya from March 31st to April 7th, 2024.
As quoted from Kompas.com, this event is Hoyoverse's effort to fulfill its mission of increasing brand awareness in the Indonesian market, while also assisting the Indonesian government in enhancing the ecosystem and gaming industry in Indonesia.
As Senior Global PR Manager Southeast Asia at Hoyoverse, Amos Yeo, expressed, "Our current strategy is to create various events relevant to major holidays in Indonesia, such as Ramadan through the 'Reunion of Happiness', and later on, events like Independence Day, and so forth."

This offline event will take place from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily during the event at the following malls:

Event Highlights
Traveler can participate in the Windsong Lyre Challenge. Key-catching challenges and other exciting activities.
Merchandise
Traveler can acquire official merchandise such as Sumeru-themed acrylic chibi keychains, Sumeru-themed acrylic chibi stands, and much more. This offline event is open to everyone for free. Attendees can also meet and take photos with cool Genshin Impact cosplayers.
Hoyoverse is also collaborating with the Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa (YCAB) to provide scholarships to 50 selected students in the Jabodetabek area. Hoyoverse will donate $10,000 USD and a portion of the proceeds from merchandise sales at the "Reunion of Happiness" event.
