HoYovers to Host Offline Event Stand With Mavuika in January 2025

Welcoming the new year of 2025, HoYoverse is set to hold another offline tour event in Jakarta and Surabaya this January. The event, themed Stand With Mavuika, promises to be slightly different from the usual.

Aside from in-game items and merchandise, visitors have a chance to win a gold prize—a Mavuika-themed motorcycle! How to get it? Through gacha, of course!

How to Earn Prize Tickets:

1. Complete all missions at the event booth to receive one ticket.
2. For every Rp160,000 spent at the merchandise booth, you will receive one ticket (e.g., spending Rp500,000 earns you three tickets).
3. You can redeem up to five tickets per day.

By participating in this prize draw, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.

• Namina has been appointed by HoYoverse to organize the event and handle all matters related to the prize draw and prize distribution.
• The prize draw is open to the public, except for employees of HoYoverse, Namina, their affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agencies, and other entities involved in the administration or fulfillment of the draw, as well as their immediate family members.
• Each participant can redeem up to five prize tickets per day.
• Each individual can win a maximum of one prize from this draw.
• Personal information will be collected for the smooth execution of the draw and prize distribution and will be handled in compliance with local privacy laws.
• By participating, you agree to allow Namina or HoYoverse employees to contact you based on the personal information you provide.
• You also consent to the publication of your game nickname and UID on HoYoverse's social media platforms.
• Game UID and contact information will only be used for the draw process and prize distribution and will be protected according to legal privacy provisions.

Participation Process:

• Participants must fill in their personal information (nickname, UID, email address, and phone number) on the provided prize tickets and drop them into the designated prize box. Incomplete or incorrectly filled tickets will be disqualified.

Prize Draw Details:

• The draw closes at 6:00 PM GMT+7 on January 19, 2025.
• Winners will be selected randomly by a system determined by HoYoverse. Twenty consolation prize winners and one grand prize winner will be chosen.

Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must be at least 17 years old and present a valid ID for age verification.
• Prize winners can appoint themselves or an immediate family member to claim the prize, provided they meet the criteria:
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Responsible for reporting and paying related taxes.
  • The grand prize winner must present a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and ID photocopies.

Key Notes:

• HoYoverse reserves the right to cancel, modify, or delay the event without prior notice due to uncontrollable circumstances.
• Misconduct or fraud will result in immediate disqualification, even post-event.
