Chapter 1110 of One Piece titled "Planetfall" has been released. This chapter depicts the arrival of all the Gorosei at Egghead in the form of giant monster beasts. Black lightning strikes the Egghead sky, strong haki spreading across the island, with 4 magic circles appearing near Saint Saturn.
7 minutes before Vegapunk delivers his announcement, all the Gorosei have teleported to Egghead through magic circles. They take the form of giant monsters with black clouds on their bodies indicating Zoan awakening.
Now Luffy must confront 5 giant monsters who are the world's highest leaders. It is likely that these Gorosei possess Mythical Zoan devil fruit type: Yokai. Yokai are spiritual creatures in Japanese folklore.
Gorosei in Yokai Form
- Saint Jaygarcia Saturn as The Gyuki, or bull-headed monster.
- Saint Marcus Mars as The Itsumade, or human-faced bird-snake.
- Saint Topman Warcury as The Houki, or giant boar with 4 tusks.
- Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro as The Bakotsu, or vengeful horse skeleton.
- Saint Shepherd Ju Peter as The Sand Wyrm, or giant sandworm.
Saint Nusjuro, in the form of a giant horse skeleton, immediately charges towards the line of Pacifistas at the island's edge. He then transforms into a hybrid half-human form and uses his sword to swiftly slash through the Pacifistas.
Saint Nusjuro doesn't destroy the Pacifistas but freezes their circuits, rendering them inoperative. In an instant, half of the Pacifistas are disabled. Now the Marines can continue their hunt to capture Bonney.
Nami in Danger
On the other side, Saint Mars in the form of a half-snake bird flies towards the upper laboratory to stop Vegapunk's broadcast. However, the place is still protected by laser. This doesn't deter Saint Mars as he continues to attack the lab's defenses.
Sanji instructs Nami to leave Egghead immediately, but Zoro and Jinbe have not returned yet. Jinbe reports Zoro is still fighting against Lucci. Hearing this, Sanji gets angry and calls Zoro a burden.
It seems Zoro can hear Sanji's insults. He uses the three-sword style and manages to slash Lucci who is in Zoan awakening mode. This demonstrates that Zoro, as a Yonko's right hand, is stronger than Cipher Pol.
Meeting with Giant Friends
Meanwhile, the other three Gorosei are tasked with fighting Luffy. Saint Ju Peter, in the form of a giant worm, can dig into the ground and attack Luffy from below. He manages to swallow Luffy, but Dorry and Brogy rush to cut the giant worm into three pieces.
Can this kill Saint Ju Peter? Certainly not, as worms can regenerate when their bodies are cut. Now the fight becomes 3 against 3. Luffy, Dorry, and Brogy versus Saint Ju Peter, Saint Warcury, and Saint Saturn.
