Niantic has announced the Pokemon GO Community Day for April 2024, featuring Bellsprout. Bellsprout is a Pokemon from the first generation, found in the Kanto region. In Pokemon GO, Bellsprout can evolve into Weepinbell with 25 Bellsprout Candy, then further into Victreebel with 100 Bellsprout Candy.
Evolve Weepinbell during the Community Day to obtain Victreebel with the Legacy Attack Magical Leaf. Magical Leaf is a Grass-type Fast Attack dealing 16 damage for Gyms & Raids and 10 damage for Trainer Battles.
Shadow Victreebel is a potent choice for PvP Trainer Battles. It typically utilizes Razor Leaf as its Fast Attack to deal significant damage from Fast Attacks alone. With access to Magical Leaf, Shadow Victreebel will generate more energy and become stronger for PvP battles.
Shiny Bellsprout Family
Shiny Bellsprout is easily distinguishable from its normal counterpart with its characteristic yellow leaves. Shiny Victreebel, on the other hand, can be identified by its brown leaves and blue mouth.
Bonus Event
- 3× Stardust for catching Pokémon.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 2× chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
- One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two for the day.
- Trades will require 50% less Stardust.
Date and Time
The Pokemon GO Community Day for April 2024 will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. Additionally, there will be a Pokestop Showcase competition to find the largest Bellsprout and Victreebel. Check out the Pokemon Go event schedule for April 2024 as well.
